I don't know if I could recommend the community. Overall, it is nice, but the lack of maintenance and care for tenants is problematic.

If they can afford it I will.

The Marquis on Gaston is a wonderful community for the up and coming professional. The value is good and it is a quiet community right on the edge of everything that is trending in Dallas. With access to all of the major highways, the central location is a huge selling point. Worried about parking? Not an issue at the Marquis, there is plenty of parking and none of those pesky reservation fees. With features, such as valet trash and active alarms, this is certainly a place that anyone would be proud to call home.

I would warn them about the rent increases. I would also warn them about the mandatory $22 valet waste fee - this is something I haven't encountered in other cities.

The community was a cozy apartment community. The floor plans offered were spacious and affordable in comparison to other apartment communities in the area. The apartment homes also come with upgraded appliances and washer/dryer connections. The apartment community had many amenities such as a pool, laundry facilities and a fitness area. The apartment community seemed quiet and would be a nice place for anyone to live.

I love the orange color the bedroom wall. Very friendly excellent customer service. Clean and tidy environment. Nice parking area.

I would recommend for the sake of the location. I would not because of security issues, upgrades, and the other things mentioned previously.

Beautiful upgrades to the units, loved the dark hardwood floors, dark cabinets, stainless steel appliances. Really gave the units a modern feel. Nice amenities include the outdoor kitchen right next to the pool area. Agent was very helpful and did a great job explaining everything to me.

My experience at this property was just the way I like it. Quick and effective! We got straight to business with all questions answered. The location of the property is great, with a close proximity from downtown Dallas. My leasing agent was great from the beginning.

It is good quality for what you pay for, we've never had any major problems here.

It is in a good locale...but if you aren't already living here..the price you pay isn't exactly worth it...when compared to living down the highway.

Convenient for students or employees of Baylor Hospital or Baylor College of Dentistry.

The community was amazing. I loved that they were so considerate about making space for my guests and that there was an ongoing trash pick up service regularly.

I have recommended Marquis on Gaston to many of my friends. Dallas is competitive and unfortunately they found homes elsewhere.
