For all of the reasons already mentioned. Several of my neighbors have also expressed their desire to break their leases and move out.

I did not like the location of the toilet, everything else was nice.

I would also tell them to check other nearby, fresher properties. Our property should be fresher. And you should replace my carpet!!!

If there's no other choice maybe. Hard to go up the building specially if you're not driving a car and stays on the third floor.

Due the market value of the area and the renovations, units are overpriced.
We are currently in the process of renovating the interior of our units and are pricing them according to the area rents for a renovated unit.
