A bit expensive considering the newer apartments going up in the area.

This community was priced well for all the upgrades that it had.

If they person looking was young and single with no kids, this community may be a good fit.

Gates are always broken. Safety doesn’t seem to be a concern to the property. Too many break ins. No security through out the day, and minimal in the evenings. Haven’t take. The old securities phone number or placards off the property so we are Cali g the wrong number for reports. Lack of interest in its community. Slowly turning in to a run down community and wouldn’t recommend friends moving here. Moving to a new community my friends recommended and moved to from The Marquis.

For being a “gated” complex, the gates are broken a majority of the time. On Sunday 5/27/18 (Memorial Day weekend) the pools at the complex were all locked. No notice was sent out about the pools not being open, and no notice was posted. It doesn’t make sense for the pools to be closed on a weekend full of 90 degree weather. At least email a notice, or post a notice at the pools with an explanation. If you are unaware that this happened, your communication is worse than I thought. Lastly, when we complained about how loud the family above our unit is, we were basically told there was nothing y’all could do. If you’re going to add hardwood floors to 2nd and 3rd floor apartments to charge more money, at least insulate them properly. We can hear every footstep, and even hear their conversations. Your solution for us was to change apartments, but why should we be inconvenienced because of your lack of testing. The only redeemable factor of this complex is the location, covered parking, and front office staff.

It's a neat area to live. The residents and staff are friendly

The only reason I wouldn't recommend "friends" is because I am a very private person..and having "friends" in the same complex or even within walking distance in the neighborhood would infringe on my privacy.

While the apartments are a little older, they are spacious and the location is unmatched. Staff is super friendly.

The leasing professional gave me a good presentation of a community I would recommend to others.

I really like it here. There are starting to be some additional options in the area and one of them is brand new and priced very competively. I was hoping to get carpet replaced as a part of my 4th year renewal but that isn't able to happen. I understand....but.... a new place is so enticing. Trying to decide what to do.

There is not a better location in Dallas to have an apt.
