Depends on situation. As a student, the apartment is incredibly close to our school, which aids in convenience. If I were not going to school, I may look elsewhere as location is not my top priority.

Great location: easy access to highways, walk to great restaurants and bars. Love the way the parking garage opens to my floor so when I get home I feel safe walking to my apartment.

If they can't find another apartment close by at which to reside, I would recommend Marquis on Gaston.

This community was situated in the Deep Elm area and surrounded by a lot of great restaurants and shopping. The community was stylish and modern. The clubhouse showed the community pride. There were a lot of amenities, including two pools and a fitness center. The apartment was well constructed and beautiful. The staff was warm and pleasant.

What a great value for the price. The community was near all of the trendy eating places in the area. Great value for the money and an awesome view of downtown.

If they're looking for a complex near Deep Ellum I'd suggest it. I wouldn't talk up the amenities or inspiring nature of living here.

The location of the community is nice. The landscaping and community amenities are nice and expected. The warm colors through out the apartment is nice as well. HOWEVER, the upgrades went cheap with installing faux granite. Either install Real Granite or none at all.

I was not impressed how the call center staff hands over the information to the onsite leasing agents.
