That community was modern and well appointed. It was near shopping and freeways. The landscaping felt like home.

The community was very pretty. The windows and large blinds were a nice touch. There were lots of beautiful trees in the community. The community was well maintained.

Not safe or welcoming

Good amenities, very friendly staff, comfortable apartment.

Wish security gates were more secure. Some security concerns. Appreciate security guards. Want more.

Great place

I loved everything about this place. The staff were professional and polite. The community was clean. The location was ideal. The apartment was large and like a home. I would love to live here and would highly recommend.

I would rather not have those I know well living this close to me...based on previous bad experiences...Not at this location somewhere else.

Lived here for 5 years, great experience! Close to restaurants and bars in Deep Ellum and easy access to highways.

My water has smelled like sulfur for the last three year. I have had to buy water bottles to wash my dishes. I gave up on the number of request i had to put in because it fixes the problem for a week and then its back to smelly water. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Nice community in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas, right outside of downtown. Apartments and community were nice. Leasing professional was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

I would recommend based on it's location and the sense of community. I would not recommend based on it's past record of break in's and the amount of times the gate has been failing to work.

The leasing agent was upbeat and in great spirits. He catered to my comments and listened to what I had to say without rushing me. He went through everything with great detail. He gave a little history of the property and explained what they do to give back to the community. All the agents were very friendly and willing to help. I would definitely recommend the community to family and friends.

The apartment is great, the only downfall is parking. Often times people who don’t even live in the complex use our parking garages and residents are left to park in further parking garages then the ones attached to their apartments. Something has to be done about the parking situations as residents at times have to reconsider going out because of the fear that they will not find parking when they get back
