It is a great place to live! Quiet, amazing amenities, sense of community, clean and safe!

The property is gorgeous and in a great location. The space is well used in apartments, with sizeable walk-in closets and plenty of sleeping and entertaining areas. Great color schemes and nice carpet, tile and laminate wood. The only weak area in the apartments are the kitchens with cheap, white, laminate cabinets, basic white appliances, laminate countertops and florescent lighting. The complex has tons of beautiful amenities including a nice pool area.

I've only just moved in last week, but the situation I was in just before and the day of my move was urgent. I was out of town on vacation and found out I had to be out of my current place by the end of the week. The Northbridge staff made my move as simple as possible. They kept I touch with me about what paper work I needed, when and if they received it, and offered any help to make my move as stress free as possible. The day of my move the moving company had to cancel, so I scrambled to find another company. Because of that set back I didn't have time to finish all my paper work and submit my deposits. Northbridge management allowed the movers in while I did paperwork so by the time I was all signed in my movers had finished their job. Excellent work! I couldn't thank them enough.

Overall a great place to live. The apartments are a good size for the price and there is easy access to lots I green space. In addition, there are a lot of amenities at Northbridge and in The Village for the residents.

Great location, good size rooms and great storage

Many people search for apartments as they begin careers, finish school, or search for a home to purchase, but there are also those who call an apartment their actual HOME. Whether you fall into any of these categories, Northbridge will meet your needs. The size of even their smallest one bedroom is a comfortable space and is affordable to live in in the great city of Dallas. Northbridge has a friendly and inviting staff who have exceeded my expectations and they also have a fantastic maintenance team who are always on top of service requests! I love that the community is pet friendly! The location is also a prime location.

My boyfriend and I selected Northbridge after an exhaustive search of apartments in Uptown, Downtown and Midtown. We had initially hoped to stay in Uptown, but everything in a reasonable price range was cramped and in poor condition. We were sold the minute we saw the model of our apartment layout, and were even happier with our specific apartment. We have a great layout that really maximizes every square inch of the apartment - two patios, an open kitchen and bar, and large bathrooms with wood paneling. Our apartment is naturally very light and sits next to a lot of treats, giving us a beautiful view. There are also two fantastic pools, one which has three levels and tons of room to cook out, lay out, play pool games, etc. We receive so many compliments on our apartment and decor every time we have friends over, and most of them regret not giving The Village a fair shake, particularly a newer property like Northbridge. We are so happy with our decision and constantly remark about how much we love our apartment - and the price. Would highly reccomend this property to anyone looking for a nice, well-designed and maintained, but reasonably-priced apartment complex.

Northbridge provides a comfortable, pleasant and convenient apartment living experience. Solid performance by staff at all levels, and good value.

This apartment has exceeded my expectations. I moved in with the expectation of experiencing bad parking or noise issues, but I have yet to experience any. Being a 21 and up community, all of the tenants seem to be pretty mature. If I can't find a house to rent (for personal reasons) before my lease is up here, I have no problem renewing my lease with Northbridge.

The Northbridge community in The Village is a great spot for young adults. With welcoming landscape and amenities comes quick service repairs, on-site security, two pools, and well-kept interior/exterior apartment space.

I love this property, just wish the make ready on my place would have been taken more seriously.

The apartment was very large and was decorated very nicely. I really liked all the storage in each area of the apartment and loved the double patio. The property was very clean and there was lots of green space. The price was competitive for the area and they have more amenities with the country club than others in the area, so I would definitely recommend it.
