I love the look and feel of the property.
I love the neighborhood and how it feels. I love the family atmosphere, the trails, the pond, the pools, the golf and putting grounds, and all the fields outside that are open to the community.

Nice area to live in
The new plants outside of building 1700 are really ugly and should probably be taken out.

Overall Great
The community is nice and quiet and fairly secure. Trash and recycling pickup is great and prompt. Parking can be an issue if you do not have a reserved spot and have more than 2 cars in your household. Rent is reasonable for the space you get. Website has problems with resetting the password every month because it doesn't recognize the previous password to log in to pay rent. Windows are usually great but may have sealing insulation problems in the winter, causing a cool draft. Noise is not a problem for me, though I can hear the neighbors sometimes. The property is kept really clean, and I like the layout of the apartment. Overall, the property itself is worth living here.

beautiful place to live mostly
It's a nice place to live, but the parking is a holy nightmare and the water ice has a horrible taste and smell.

Parking is definitely an issue in Northbridge. If you get home after dark, you can pretty much forget about parking anywhere near your building. And the parking spaces along the roadways are so narrow that you often can't get into your vehicle because someone else was forced to squeeze into a too-narrow space.

Northbridge Experience
Overall it is a nice place to live. We have had two large water damage issues, that were handled pretty well. Renewing the lease has been a very difficult process - I have had to request paperwork from the management team 5 times to try and get the lease renewed. When I finally got the paperwork, it was incorrect. We have had very slow reaction time from the maintenance crew I had to put in three requests over the course of two weeks to finally get anyone to come address the problems.

I have referred new residents to other parts of the Village, the price is the main factor in keeping my friends from being interested in Northbridge.
There is something for everyone in The Village and you can always contact the relocation center for more information (214) 772-9300.

It's not at all a place for residents over 35 or with children.
Northbridge is a community located in Dallas and a part of The Village which has been a part of Dallas for 50 years. Northbridge is one of the newer communities in The Village. To live here all residents must meet our application criteria.

Would not recommend due to the excessive "inspections" intrusions, into the apartment, with little notice and impractical rationale. Impaired "quiet enjoyment."
We do inspections once a year and other times we enter the apartment we do give 24 hour notice, if there are concerns with these you can always contact us at the office for a better explanation. If there is a noise complaint we have SMITH patrol who is able to respond and report incidents to the office for further review. If there is something we can do to make your experience a better one please contact the leasing office.
