So far, it has been a great community. There are at least monthly events at the administration office and it has so far been very quiet. Parking can be a headache if you want to park inside of the gates and more than likely the remotes will not open the back gate. The grounds are kept very clean but there is an abundance of canine feces if you venture off the pavement. We pick up our dog's mess, but there are some hoity-toities that see cleaning up after their pet as "icky." It can also get very sloppy because the irrigation is not monitored against recent rainfall. Sometimes there is a guy that rides a horse around...that's kind of funny but he's keeping us safe! Keep an eye out for the s'mores...they're super good.

They would have to constantly wash their car due to the trees which leaves sap and bird mess on the vehicles. All cars located in the Townhomes parking area are dirty due the trees. Covered Parking/Carports would definitely help.

The property was really nice and seemed to be well maintained. The leasing agent gave a great presentation. She took her time to show me around.

Overall, I thought the property was very nice, but a little over priced. The agent was very personable and knowledgeable about the community and surrounding areas.

Been at Northbridge only a short time but I can already tell it is one of the better places to live in Dallas. One of the top locals in the Village community. This place offers a ton of amenities including sports leagues, pools, and various services. Location is great, easy to get downtown or up north. Population feels a lot younger and vibrant although there are many retirees as well. Having all the walkable park areas makes it feel very nice, almost like having a backyard. There are new apartments that offer more in terms of pure quality of life, but with the Village you get a lot more than just what's inside your apartment walls. If you can afford the rent, Northbridge is a good way to go.

The community was very inviting. The landscaping with the large mature trees and beautiful flowers made me feel like I was in a park. The buildings were attractive and well maintained.

I greatly enjoy living at Northbridge in the Village and have loved getting to know Dallas from this location. I have quick access to most parts of Dallas (barring traffic jams), and Northbridge has a lot to offer in the way of social events. While I haven't yet attended any of the parties they host at the Village Country Club I have been to some of their events during the day and has a rather good time! The property has a good mix of residents from young professionals, families, students, etc. that keeps any one group from creating an exclusive feeling to the community and from promoting any particular kind of a activity. During the summer, the pool at Northbridge can get kind of crazy (which I am completely okay with) but everyone is mostly respectful of families trying to use the pool/grills at the same time. Rent is a little steep for a building that is around 10 years old (unless you're living in some of the newer units on site), but hopefully that will change with so much new construction happening in the immediate area! My only major complaint about e property is the lack of options regarding Internet service providers. For most residents (again, unless your in some of the newer units), this means your are stuck with Time Warner Cable, or as I like to call it, El Diablo del Internet.

I've moved here last month and so far it's been a pretty good experience. The apartment was clean and in a good condition, management is always willing to help, the location is super convenient! the gates are opened during the day and closed at night, a security car is always roaming the place, our neighbors have been really nice to us. The only complaint that I have is that you can hear everybody's steps on the ceiling! when somebody is using the stairs, when somebody is walking down the hall, we had to ask our upstairs neighbors to be more careful, but they were great and the situation got much better. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. I love it!

This is a very dog friendly community with friendly neighbors and a great staff. The property is well maintained and the security is very good. The maintenance staff is the best I have experienced, they are fast and professional.

The leasing agent did a really great job. She was very detailed and gave very thorough information about the apartment and the complex itself, and she was charming and sweet. Her descriptions and her presentation of features made it a very desirable place to live. I enjoyed touring the complex with her. The phone leasing agent was exceptional as well. She had a wonderful disposition, and I truly enjoyed speaking with her. The complex grounds were in impeccable condition. The pool and amenities were very well kept. The apartment itself, however, was presentable and clean, but it lacked being really updated. I have viewed many complexes that had the same square footage in the same price range that had granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and more upgraded lighting. There were some really nice features, such as the tile floor entry, the Berber carpet, and ceiling fans, but the overall appeal was a little lacking. I was not as impressed with the apartment as I have been with some of the other apartment properties that I have shopped. I think some improvements can still be made to make this apartment complex even more appealing. The three level pool was completely amazing. It is one of the best pools I have seen at an apartment property, and it gave the complex a huge advantage over other ones, in my opinion. The pool was really above and beyond spectacular.

I needed more than a place to live. I needed a place to make the most of my family time in. Northbridge has been the best of all things. The easy of an apartment. Complete a form and like magic a repair happens (they even did something they saw needed to be done that I forgot to mention!). Need someone to have a key while I'm at work. One email and they handle it. Add a great restraunt on the property, a beautiful park and a fitness club right here. They make it easy to spend my time where my heart is.
