Great location and great maintence response. But I feel like what I am paying for does not relfect the amenities of the actual apt.

The parking causes me more stress than anything else in my life. Too few spaces! Some of the spaces (especially along the hill by the back gate) are way too small! Compact cars cannot fit much less the big trucks that take up 2 spaces. This has gone on too long for nothing to be done.

Until the water issue gets fixed, I'd have trouble recommending this community even though all other aspects of my living experience have been positive.

This is not my first community in The Village, so I feel my opinion comes with experience. Northbridge is one of the few communities with gated entrance. Although that cannot guarantee total security anywhere, it probably contributes to a greater sense of security. The buildings are kept up very well, and the updates do not reflect the actual age of the community.

Good value, nice location and easy to commute from.

I would tell people I love the Village location, trails, etc., but I would warn them about making sure they get what the rent is worth, that there's a lack of on-site amenities within Northbridge itself so it doesn't feel like a community of its own, and that the office staff turnover is high and problematic.

The property and the apartments are nice, but a little too expensive.

I would recommend this community. Personnel have been attentive to questions and maintenance requests. Smith security is very effective.

I think it is overpriced, but seems to be a safe place to live.

It's a good starter apartment in a nice area before you figure out where in Dallas you want to settle down. Nice community environment and safe.

It's a great apartment and the complex is nice. The downsides include parking availability. There are simply too many cars to fit into all of the free spaces and some of the free spaces are too small to fit most vehicles . Maybe consider giving 1 covered space to each apartment instead of charging for them. I often have to park outside of the gate on the street which negates the benefit of living in a gated community.

I love the location and convenience to downtown/uptown/work, however, its far enough and a nice seclusion when desired. Great stores nearby, good size. Central location.

Great place to live. As a single woman I feel safe at Northbridge and it's so close to everything (restaurants, stores, etc) yet has a country feel.

Would recommend based upon how pet friendly this complex is, even though there is no fenced in area for off-leash play. Would not highly recommend based on price versus value, but that does not mean I wouldn't recommend it either. Stability in rent is very important.
