So far I have lived in northbridge for about 3 months, it has far exceeded any other apartment living experience. The trails and outdoor amenities is something unlike I have seen at any other living establishment, it's great for dog owners and for those of us that like to spend time outdoors. The club house amenities are truly awesome. May be a tad pricey, as the only drawback. But it's par for course for the uptown/park cities area.

I've been living at Northbridge for almost 4 months now, and everything has been great. There was a miscommunication the day of my move-in, and the office and maintenance staff got it taken care of within the week and even called me later to make sure everything was ok. Everyone at the front office is very nice and helpful.

This property is modern and appears newer than several other apartments in the Village area. The pricing is relatively comparable to the older apartments. The swimming pool is unique and memorable.

It was a great community with great amenities. It was close to shopping and the Dart line. It had well appointed units and a comfortable amount of space. It was well priced for the location.

The Northbridge apartments are well kept and a great size for the price. The village feels really safe and everything you could need is nearby.

I have lived at Northbridge for around three years now and have no complaints. It's clean, safe, the landscaping is always new, pretty, and seasonal. The twinkle lights in the trees in December are fun to see. They respond to any issues you may have quickly. The leasing staff is knowledgable and friendly. The only drawback is the price tag, but even that is not too bad when you consider the location.

I have not lived in an apartment in 40 years so was nervous about the transition. I have found this to be a supportive and friendly community with good service. I feel safe and enjoy having people around. I like my particular floorplan and feel this place serves me well!

I like the location of the Northbridge apartments. It is fairly safe and easy to get to for me from work or to friends/family. I can also get to lots of restaurants and stores easily. Bonus is the Greenville St Patricks Day parade that I can walk to. Lots to do both within my apartment complex and the central country club area.

Based on my experience, this property was be a great place to call home. The property is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this property to people I know.

Considering the price to rent as this community, I felt the inside appliances should have been new.

My thoughs are that you are paying for the location and amenities with these apartments. Once you become a resident, you are also a part of the community's elite country club. I felt the apartment was plain and lacked closet space for the price.

The Northbridge property is perfectly designed with the dramatic rock bridge over the creek and large trees. The buildings with the dark brick are such an accent for the location of the property. The artistic design with the high ceiling and windows in the office/clubroom are a well built property to be added to the Country Club Village. It is a classic Texas community.I love it!

The community was in an excellent location. While there were several wonderful amenities in the huge development available to residents, there were not very many amenities on the actual property. Also, the age of the property, appliances, and the overall feel of the apartments in my opinion lowered the value. The cost of the apartments was well above what I would be willing to pay to live there.

The leasing professional tailored the presentation to the needs I conveyed and said she thought I would be very happy living and being part of the community.

These apartments where very nice. The amenities that came with it are really a plus. I liked the leasing agent. She was nice. She was very educated about the property and community.
