I liked the community. The upkeep and the maintenance of the community really showed through. It is located in a lovely area and has great amenities.

This property was for those 21 and up so that kept out unruly kids. The only amenity I was shown was a look at the pool from the apartment building. It was large and had a unique design. From my vantage point, it appeared very clean and well kept. I was told that there was a clubhouse two streets away where they had a fitness center. The property was clean and attractive.

I have always recommended Northbridge and have lived here 2 1/2 years. I am now looking for a new place. I have done what I agreed to do when I moved here: I pay my rent on time, take out my trash as told, not early, I walk my dog on a leash and I clean up after him. Northbridge, however, does not enforce the leash laws as they were so adamant to me that they did when I moved in with my 85 lb dog and I am tired of confronting neighbors who routinely let their dogs out off leash. I don't like dogs running towards me and I can assure that they also don't clean up after them. I am tired of the abundance of trash that begins accumulating on the weekends and is spread everywhere by Monday, I am tired of being greeted by squirrels munching on my neighbors trash as I walk up to my 3rd floor apartment. I am tired of the generally dirty way things have become over the last year. I am disappointed that I was told when I moved in that I would have access to an on-site gym and then they tore it down. They should not have presented that as an amenity to get me to sign; they knew it was going away. After living through painters who did a terrible job and roofers who costs me two flat tires by leaving nails everywhere, my rent went up AGAIN and I was again promised that by summer I would truly have access to the new gym facilities next door in the new East side complex. I have now been told there has been a change and that won't be happening. So when I move out, I will get to pay a big fee for not doing what I agreed to and you will have no responsibility for not meeting your end of the deal. I am a realtor so have and will continue to send clients to the Village. I do hope that you will make Northbridge the complex it once was. Long term renters just may not be what you are looking for but I think we add a stability to the complex that you should appreciate.

There is no 'open space' at the apartment. Buildings are on top of each other (too close together) and there is never enough parking. Night lighting is horrible ... too, bright, they are using wrong typoe of fixtures on the outside of buidlings. If you go out for dinner, and return after 10pm, good luck finding a parking space that's remotely close to your apartment building. Also, don't even think about taling with someoen at the leasing office. Every time I went to 'talk' to soemone ... I end up waiting 15-20 minutes before anyone recognizes I am even there.

Everything at the community was state-of-the-art new! Sure there are a few things that were not, but the maintenance there was phenomenal! They keep the place at near tip top condition. They do a very good job. I could not recommend a better place to call home!

I've had a great time living at Northbridge for the last two years and just renewed my lease for another year. The pool is always a lot of fun in the summer with everything from fun parties to relaxed grilling out in the sun. During the fall and winter the Village does a great job making the community feel like an actual community and the lights are great during the holiday season. We recently got a new Cares team and they've done a really good job of organizing events at Northbridge to bring residents together and get people talking to their neighbors. The only downside is that the original phase of Northbridge is stuck with Time Warner Cable, which is a HUGE downside. However, that being said I look forward to another year!

Northbridge is a great apartment community in a great location. There are a lot of great amenities like fitness center, pool, club house, and the community is great for pets. The price is a little bit higher than I would prefer but I'm very happy with my new apartment home.

It was amazing to see how close knit the leasing staff were with each other. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and each agent I encountered was eager to help me with anything I needed.

This community looked a bit outdated, but it was nice. The price was kind of expensive. The appliances could use some upgrading, but the property was decent. The customer service was great. It seemed to be pretty busy at this property. I was pleased with my on-site visit and my telephone call.

Northbridge is a nice apartment community, the buildings and apartments are nice and in good shape, the staff is friendly, the complex is maintained very well, it is a good, safe place to live... just be prepared to have to deal with the ridiculous parking situation. My only major complaint is parking... but it is bad enough that I wouldn't want to sign a lease here again. Many times I can't park anywhere close to my building, and in a few cases, haven't been able to even park inside the gated lots. If I pay higher prices for a gated community, I expect to be able to park close to my building.

Best apartment green space in the city. Great location.

The leasing agent was very involved and interested in my needs. She gave a great tour, and I thought the community had a lot to offer.

If you get home later that 9 on a weekday or if you stay out on a weekend...good luck finding parking. I have had to drive around 30 minutes looking for one open parking spot anywhere on the lot or even outside the gate. And then walk back by myself alone at night to my apartment from across the lot.

This is my only compliant. Otherwise I love living here.

Best property that allows pets. Would recommend properties closer to the Lakes and Clubhouse if pets are not required.

it is one of the the oldest of the new complexes in the village. It is clean and the apartments are good size but they are starting to show some age. It was a good place to live but there more affordable places to live.
