Very nice

All in all this is a very nice place, secure and location is really great with mall, shopping, grocery places very near. near forme and my wifes work and my sons daycare.

i think the only thing i dont like is when you're on the first floor and with all the insects trying to get inside.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

These apartments are constructed incredibly poorly. Every step my upstairs neighbor takes sounds like they are about to come through my ceiling and my ceiling creaks the entire time they walk around; ie no insulation between floors. It is the worst apartment in terms of neighbor noise I have ever lived in.

No Parking

This place is great....except for the parking If you get home after 5 pm, be prepared to walk a long way

Review of Northbridge

I love living here and I'm very happy with nearly everything My only true gripe is parking is RIDICULOUS After about 9pm it takes about 20 minutes to find an open spot. There is way too much covered parking, and the uncovered spots are too narrow for most cars, so there is a ton of wasted space because nobody is able to park within the lines. Everything else about Northbridge is delightful.

North bridge town homes

Great location, staff is great. The town homes aren't made the best My place smells like sewage at times. Love the space and staff is very responsive. They are getting there The grounds have improved and it's looking better. Keep it up

Unique spaces friendly neighbors

I love living at Northbridge. Our apartment is spacious and has lots of natural light, big windows, and a unique layout. Our neighbors are friendly, and the office staff has been great every time we've needed something. My only critique is that the doggie stations need to be emptied restocked more frequently.

Neighbors are noisy, loud music, tenants and visitors park in front of my garage.

Northbridge is a great place to live

The office staff and maintenance staff are incredibly helpful. I have never had an issue that wasn't resolved very quickly You may have to park farther from your apartment than you would like, but there is almost always a parking spot within the gate. The maintenance of the facilities and grounds is definitely above average.

Feels like a home not an apartment

Being able to walk run outside and enjoy well kept ground and nature. Patios are larger so you can actually really use them. I love the wood burning fire place and relaxing pool.
We are so glad you enjoy some of our favorite things about Upper East Side. Thank you for calling UES home!
