Affordable, good location & safe.

It s affordable. The appliances need to be updated and the carpets need to be replaced. Good location and great outdoor area for walking your dog or taking a jog.

I find this very unfortunate. My two year experience at The Bend was exemplary. I would tell others that I could not recommend any apartment complex or location in Dallas higher than The Village. After 5 years away and experiencing Northbridge, I would not recommend The Village to anyone but a college student.

Gone down hill since Upper East Side opened

Kitchens and bathrooms need to be upgraded with better appliances, fixtures and cabinetry. Parking is terrible -- so much so that I had to buy a covered spot to be able to find parking when coming home from work late.

Great place to live.

It s a great place to live. The only negative is that there isn t enough parking.

The parking here is horrible. Each apartment should come with a covered space included with rental of the apartment. Most of the time I have to park outside the front gate then walk up to building 5 because there in no where to park.

Although rent is pretty pricey, the community is awesome. Very secure and friendly.

For the money, its not what I expected.

Crowded Parking lots, with spaces that are too small causing all too many door dings. Staff not very helpful after you sign a lease. Apartment was in not in great condition when we moved in. Items were minor, like the space wasn t cleaned after painters, paint on floor, sloppy painting of baseboards, dirty bathtub and cabinet interiors, torn screens on a few windows. All the leasing office did was make sure I noted everything wrong on the walk-through report. Also when we inquired about paid parking spots, which are larger, the staff often delayed giving us an answer for weeks, stating that they have to call the two people ahead of us on the list and give them 48 hours to reply, they said the same thing every week for 3 weeks. Left us feeling very neglected over things that were easily solved. They offer concierge services for a fee which will provide carpet cleanings, hire maids and such.
All in all, if you have money to spend on all their extra services, you might be happy here.

Nicest apartment complex I have resided in

The community at Northbridge is very nice and the grounds are well kept. The complex as a whole is very beautiful and a pleasant place to live. Unfortunately, the timeliness and/or communication of the staff could be vastly improved when submitting work orders. My roommate and I had the unfortunate issue when we first moved in with our apartment not being completely finished with upgrades (ie. doors hung incorrectly, locks jamming, dishwasher not working, kitchen sink incorrectly installed, lack of cleanliness from construction among other issues. These issues were completely rectified after 2 months, which I think is a ludicrous time frame for brand new leasers in such a well-kept complex and the price we pay. Additionally, the result of the lack of timeliness was due to our having to submit multiple work orders due to them being marked with completion when they truly were not or the office manager not submitting a work order for us when she gave us her word that she would complete it. My roommate and I were not compensated for any of the inconveniences we faced throughout our first couple months of living at Northbridge. Despite the harsh beginnings with Northbridge, my experience with them over the past year has been mostly positive and I enjoy the facilities and living arrangement of my apartment.

Northbridge: A Wonderful Community

My time spent at Northbridge has been a pleasant one. The area is very well maintained and I feel safe with security making their frequent rounds in the complex. The trash contractor has done a good job picking up our waste consistently and the compactor area is kept tidy. It s easy to find a convenient parking spot next to your apartment during the day but is difficult after 9. Maintenance is excellent! They respond ASAP to any issues you report and do a fantastic job, 10 out of 10. The staff at the front desks are kind and always willing to assist you. I ve lived at the complex for 4 years and have been quite comfortable. A few tenants that lived above me were loud on occasions (one having 3-4 children) but overall it is difficult to hear neighbors. Overall I ve had a great experience at Northbridge and enjoy it very much!

My favorite place to live!!

Great location in Dallas, everything you need is in a 5 minute or less range. The apartments are very nice, reasonable rent, and feels very upscale without being snooty. I ve lived hear for years now.
