My 1st year has been a good one
Other than parking issues, sometimes slow response rate of maintenance, and the hot water not being hot, it's been a very pleasant living experience so far. It could use a much needed upgrade in appliances, flooring and cabinetry fixtures

Nice apartment with great location
Well managed, pleasing friendly
Maintainance is top notch. The walking trails are foot friendly visually up.ifting. Personnel fellow residents are friendly. Management is responsive to requests. The VCC offers many opportunities for fun social interaction.
Safe, spacious and cozy
I love living at Northbridge, the only set back is parking, after 5 oclock it is hard to find a spot close to my apartment.

Most of my experiences in the short time I lived at Northbridge were great, until it came to the week I moved out. The girl that was helping me the few times I went in to ask questions was very condescending and rude. This made me glad to be leaving.

A quiet retreat in the middle of a metropolis
Northbridge is a great community for young professionals new to the area.Great eateries and shopping are just around the corner. While parking options are not always convenient, the staff and ground make up for it. I would recommend Northbridge to anyone considering moving to Dallas.
Northbridge A Lovely Little Nest
It is quite the lovely community filled with dog-lovers and swell swimming pools Just beware of baby spider infestations just dust away everything as much as you can and, for goodness sakes, try living on the third floor because chances are that if you have people living above your head, they will keep you up all night with the weird things they throw around and dance to. Also, beware of weird noises every so often. Overall a pleasant living experience.

Not worth it
The paper thin floors/ceilings are redicilous, it sounds like my upstairs neighbors are about to come through my ceiling. The only thing good about this place is the area in which it's located and the green space, but that's completely negated by the fact they built this complex as cheap as possible. Just like everyone else said, good luck with parking. If you come home after 8 be prepared to walk. Live somewhere else, there are better options out there

Love the apartment but hate the dogs
I would say the apartment itself is great, but its hard to enjoy it when there are dogs barking 24 7 all over the complex. The walls are also a little thin, I can hear every move my upstairs neighbor makes.

Apartment Review from a Current Renter
I have already recommended Northbridge to a friend and she has just signed a lease.
Decent but could be better.
Parking is horrible, this is the main reason why I am moving. My refrigerator is beyond outdated.
We know parking can be an issue, but we do have covered parking spots available for rent if you are interested. Also, if you are having problems with your refrigerator I would be happy to get maintenance over there to take a look, just let us know. - Jamie
Starting to get outdated and overpriced.
Consideration needs to be given to long term residence. It seems as though long term residence are punished with ever increase rental rates for a more outdated property.
