It's very noisy all the time- most of my friends are not looking for that

Very positive experience so far. Great location, quiet community, safe, clean, nice amenities.

I would tell friends that I really, really like living here, but it is just so expensive.

I like the place, however if the price continues to go up, I doubt I'd recommend it to friends.

Amount of stray cats, constant "horns" from tenant "locking" cars with fobs, AFTER MIDNIGHT; thin floors - noise from tenant above; Number of little notice "inspections", invasion of privacy, 4 in the last 12 months goes beyond general "safety".

The apartments prices continue to go up as the value goes down, the staff is rude for the most part. When you have a question, they refuse to answer. The carpet is old, and lacks padding, and there s a leak in the ceiling. Lincoln properties continues to nickel and dime you for parking, trash, etc. I hate calling Northbridge because the girls are so rude. When we had a blackout for 36 hours, we asked a leasing agent when the electricity would come on, she said she they were too busy as she was showing potential tenants apartments in the dark. Who cares about the current tenants who began telling people interested in renting not to move here.

I love this place overall. The parking is a problem though. There is not enough parking for the residents and all the guests that visit and stay here. My fiancee has to come home late form work sometimes and park outside the gate because of lack of available parking. I personally believe that is a huge safety issue to be outside the gate as opposed to inside. I have learned that if you are not parked inside by eight o clock at night, you re not getting a parking space unless you pay for the covered parking, which is more than a lot of people can afford.

Overall though, I am very satisfied with this place and do love living here.

Living here has been sufficient. It s in a nice area, and I do feel safe. Although, at times, I ve been underwhelmed.

The community was very nice, and the staff seemed genuine.

The apartment community looked appealing when I drove by and saw it. The leasing agent showed the features inside the apartment very well. She showed me the swimming pool had speakers underwater, and the fitness center was two levels. She appeared to be very knowledgeable and professional.

My visit to the community was wonderful. I was greeted by a very nice leasing agent that took the time to understand my needs and get to know me. We toured the wonderful community to see what it had to offer and I was impressed with the quality and care that kept it bright and appealing. It was similar to a resort. The apartment had a sense of home. I felt relaxed and at ease while we toured. In addition, I was highly impressed with all the amenities that I would receive as being a resident of the large village community.

I am extremely please with the Northbridge Property. I relocated here from Chicago to Dallas and I moved by myself. I feel very safe and secure. My neighbors are nice and respectful. It's a great place to live!!!

I've lived in several apartments throughout the years and Northbridge is by far my favorite. I never have any issues with security, management, parking, etc. I've been living here for nearly a year now and I honestly don't have one complaint about the complex. I highly recommend Northbridge to anyone who's looking to rent.

This was a nice property. It appeared to be one of the newer properties in the area. It was very well maintained and contemporary.

The apartments are very attractive looking from outside and the inside. They are in a great location on the block.
