We are unhappy with the trash utility that is mandatory. We live in front of the trash room, so we don't ever use the service in which they pick it up for us. Also, part of the reason, I think, that people don't put the trash down the chute is that the chute is very small and trash bags get stuck. Personally, I've gone to the chute many times and found someone else's trash stuck in there and my arms weren't long enough to push it through, so I had to go back and get a broom to help shove it through. Maybe put some kind of long thing people can use to help get trash down the chute. The staff is very friendly and the apartments are pretty.

Rozetta is simply amazing! Always professional, helpful, and friendly. She is a great asset to this company! Tim, the service manager, has also always been courteous and helpful. In general, all staff members have been responsive, professional, and helpful. The walls in this building are too thin!

This is really a wonderufl apartment. I have recommended it to two of my classmates that look forward to living in VA.

The staff at The Reserve has always been friendly and respectful. For example, Pozetta went out of her way to accommodate us during the move in process, receiving packages, and any concerns we had. The staff knows us and is always welcoming. The staff, from front desk to maintenance, has really made this an enjoyable place to call home. So, thank you!

Overall, great service and environment. The one area I would like to see improved is the grill. I urge you to not allow folks to reserve it. Adding another grill would be another great item.

A well managed and fine community to live in. Largely, the credit goes to the manager of the building for keeping a close eye on all departments that impact the tenants. The maintenance personnel especially deserves credit for uncommonly efficient, prompt, and capable deliveries of service. Suggest updating gym equipment.

The speed bumps are annoying, why have them in those spots? The 2 hour visitor parking makes it hard for me to relax when I have company visit during the week. Please clean the stairwell floors, theya re sticky from other people dropping/spilling things. I love this place and I may not move out!

I love this place! The management is great, and everyone on staff is great to work with. I cannot think of one instance where my issues weren't handled with professionalism and courtesy. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to a friend or family member. Michele keeps this place running like a finely tuned machine.

Response to maintenance requests is swift.

Garage needs to be cleaned more frequently. Parking for guests, especially from out of town, is hard with all the residents and towing.

The community was nicely loaded with upgraded features because it had originally been planned and designed to be sold as condos. The community was near major shopping and a Metro Station. I found the leasing professional here to be helpful and welcoming. I would definitely refer the community to others based on my experience there.

This was a great community, close to metro and shopping. This would be well worth checking out. The leasing professional provided a comprehensive, customer service oriented presentation and was just wonderful. I would have no problems referring this community to others.
