Location, amenities, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff and great job by the maintenance teams, I don't have anything negative to say about the community.

In my present area of work I have an opportunity to recommend short-term (30 day to 6 months) leasing communities to large groups of people. Unfortunately, I would not feel comfortable doing this unless they could solely lease units on the top floors. The lack of adequate soundproofing results in regular noise that is amplified and reverberates through the entire unit. In the year and a half that I have lived here, I have had three different upstairs neighbors and I have placed several formal noise complaints for each. I have always made comments about the noise in the hallway. From my bedroom I can hear phone conversations from the hallway; I have heard a neighbor snoring; I can hear my neighbors in the bathrooms; My upstairs neighbor wakes me up 6 days a week; the sound of running in the hallways on my floor and the one above me can be heard in my bathrooms, kitchen and living area; in the warmer months gatherings on balconies or with open balcony doors until 2 or 3 am during the week are disruptive--I have been awakened by the sounds of laughter and loud conversations during these times. At times the building can be very quiet; however, ordinary noise is amplified and disruptive. The noise is my only area of dissatisfaction, however, satisfaction in this area is conducive to me having a comfortable living experience. Aside from the noise, the management and staff have made this a very comfortable and appealing community to live in.

All the staff are highly efficient; the apartment grounds are well taken care of; it is in a great location; has a parking garage; they plan various events for its residents as an opportunity for them to get to know their neighbors and to initiate special holiday festivities; and the management team listens to what their residents have to say and tries to accommodate them as much as possible.

I can't recommend this place to anyone unless something is done about the ridiculous level of noise and thumping that comes from the tenants directly above.

Walls are paper thin; you can hear everything, needs soundproofing.

Again, the gym is just about the worst in the area and many of my friends are personal trainers that wouldn't consider this place. Anyone that doesn't care much about that, I'd try to sell this place to in a heartbeat.

The noise of fellow neighbors in the hallway have been somewhat unnerving.

Noise. This is a very international area we live in, the facility is very international, but I really don't believe the renters understand what the fire alarms mean, what a beeping smoke detect means and how to close doors. Close neighbor courteously. Stomping on your floor to where you kitchen items rattle is just unacceptable, but I know this is hard to control. Bottom line, I just don't think apartment living is for me.

Not: Very thin walls, can hear everything your neighbor is saying/doing; Quality of the clientele seems to be getting progressively lower.

The price is a little too high for people that I know.

Its a great place to live but depending on the person's needs, the rent is expensive.

Great location, great amenities, clean and quiet.

I would recommend my current building (Tannin). I am not sure I would recommend the Crianza building since it always seems much louder with kids running around and riding bikes in the hall.

I have reservations because the noise is so loud. I can hear my neighbors vacuuming, walking, even their cell phone if it's on vibrate!
