The community was very nice. I would love the opportunity to live there. I liked the amenities.

Overall, I was impressed with the community. I would lease from Kerri. She was very courteous and professional. She greeted me with a smile. Kerri kept me engaged throughout her presentation. Kerri asked me questions so she could meet my needs. She covered all of the apartment features and amenities and shared how they would benefit me and meet my needs. I would rent here.

The community was easy to locate and was beautiful. The whole community from the landscaping, the exterior, the interior, and the amenities was well maintained. The apartments were beautifully done and very bright. The consultant was very passionate about the community and gave me a thorough tour of the place. She even asked me if she could answer any other questions I had. There were $750 in non refundable fees during moving, a deposit fee, an application fee, an extra parking fee, and utilities that included valet trash. The neighborhood was not prime but was up and coming.

It was a nice community, and the leasing agent did a great job of highlighting the positive features and meeting my needs.

Beyond belief! Of all the communities I visited in the past two weeks, Tysons Reserve was in a league by itself. The amenities, professionalism and curb appeal, they thought of everything.

The apartment looked like no one had lived there. All stainless appliances and granite make the apartment have an upscale feel without excessive rental fees. The amenities are amazing.
