The community was in a great location, near the Tyson's corner mall, plenty of shopping and restaurants. The community was fairly new so everything looked nice and contemporary.

This was a great building. It was well maintained and in a great area. The floor plans were excellent. Definitely worth the money.

During my visit, the consultant was genuine and represented the community in a positive manner. The amenities of the apartment community of the lounge and the movie theater seem to be an added value which can be appreciated by the residents. However, I felt that parking should be included with the price of the rent and not an additional monthly fee. Overall, I would recommend this property to others.

You could easily see that the community tried to think up everything they could to make this place stand out and be a value for their clients. Things like the theater, basketball court and water/ice on the refrigerator door are some of these items. Great job....

This is a very nice boutique community, it is located in a nice convenient area. The apartments are very spacious and the walk-in closet size is impressive. They have good amenities, and the gym is well equipped. They have a very beautiful lounge where you can relax or rent for a private party. The have a very impressive movie theater where you can watch movies with friends.

This community has a gally kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and parkay flooring. They have an indoor basketball court, fitness center, business center and clubhouse.

I would easily recommend this community to family and friends. My initial thought was that the rent was extremely high for an apartment community, but the tour allowed me to see that the features and amenities within the community far outweighed the leasing price.

The community was very nice. I would refer it to any friend looking for a great space. The apartments had great features to offer. If a family was looking to settle there that would also be an option as well. Great space overall and well maintained.
