Since neighbors can smoke in their balconies, it's hard to open the windows and get fresh air

If someone was looking for an apartment in this area, I would recommend it.

The parking garage at Tannin as I mentioned above and expensive amenity fees are the big area that I hesitate to recommend this place to others.

Good location, good amenities, good value. Do not like that we are forced to pay for monthly trash valet service.

The apartment and the amenities were very nice and clean. The Leasing Professional was very knowledgeable and engaging. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The community was located just off a major road but with enough distance to keep the noise down. The apartment features were condominium quality and great for the value. The amenities were numerous and well taken care of.

The community was in a great location near the two largest malls in the area and transportation.

I have seen much older apartments just 15 minuets away that cost the same as this apartment; that made this apartment a great deal. The theater was a wonderful touch, also. The grounds were well kept and finding parking was easy. I was surprised at how close the apartment was to the metro. It appeared this apartment had considered everything! I loved it and I plan on recommending this apartment to others.
