I'm just not sure. I would give them the same type of feedback I am giving you here in this survey and let them decide from there. In it's simplest form, I believe the rent is just too high for us not to have the options that were advertised and the cleanliness of the carpets (nothing to do with vacuuming, they do that every day...but, the actual stains all around) being well below subpar.

Unless you are on the top most floor in these apartments, the other ones suffer from lack of sound insulation. Its nearly impossible to bear the sound from upstairs neighbors.

Again the elevator being broken constantly is very annoying and would be a problem for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs, but the community is kept very clean at all times which I really appreciate and the staff is wonderful!
