Based off of my visit there, I would definitely lease there. The leasing professional was very pleasant and I really felt like they are more like friends than a management company. The community is well kept and has great curb appeal.

The community is located in a great area, and the personnel always acknowledged me during the entire visit. The greetings were warm and sincere, also very consistent in narrowing down options. Personnel at the community was prepared and determined to meet every thing that I expected out of the apartment. My presence at the community definitely felt important.

I moved here before I even looked at the apartment and I was really happy with it.

Apartment was in excellent condition upon move in and upgrade occurred after living there 7 years. (paint, molding, flooring, doors, kitchen appliances, washer/dryer,) Property is well maintained, landscaping is attractive, and maintenance requests are usually honored within 24 hours.

Christina is very helpful, she knows almost anything. Living in the village is really nice, very clean, and relaxing.

I liked what I saw of the property. I wish she would have shown me more amenities.

They increase the rent every year, which is making me seriously consider moving out.

There have been a lot of problems with our apartment since moving in, and it makes me so disappointed. This was my and my husband's first place together and we wanted it to be great, and it just isn't. I really love The Village, so I was willing to pay a little more for an apartment here since I have had such great experiences in the past. Moving in, we discovered several things were not ready. The cable wiring was not accessible, the bathroom outlet has the incorrect plate, the toilet and dishwasher were leaking on the floor, etc. But, worst of all, we discovered our apartment had fleas. This is particularly disturbing because this community DOES NOT allow pets. It was a huge ordeal and we were three weeks away from our wedding. I was stressed enough as it was. The reason I'm giving this apartment three stars is because the maintenance staff has always been excellent. If I need something to be fixed, they are out there the same day making it perfect. Also, I feel very safe in this community. Other than the occasional neighbor noisiness, we have not had problems with them. I think next time we decide to move, I will be looking at another property within The Village or leaving it altogether. I think there are better places out there at cheaper prices.

I really like my apartment. I feel safe here, the carpet, flooring, and lay out are great. The general atmosphere of the area is wonderful. There is no problem with sound and the location in great. However, the rent is too high, and keeps rising. Additionally, every time it rains, the sidewalk becomes a mini-lake. Even in the morning, there is a puddle from where the sprinklers have left pooled water on the walk. The silt from the hillside comes down with the water making it slick. I rarely get to walk on the actual sidewalk; the grass is much safer.

Visiting the community was eye-popping. It definitely was an experience, not only living but excitement everyday of the week would definitely be an experience. Not only did I get great customer service but a remarkable experience.

The friendly staff and amenities would make living there very comfortable.

Amazingly nice remodels throughout the apartment. Washer and Dryer a big plus. Impeccable grounds and landscaping.
