I would recommend it but I wouldn't praise it like I did 2 years ago.

The community was in great shape. The staff there was very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this community to a friend.

It is good neighborhood close to the uptown and well installations. It sould be more patrol service above all t the swimming pool. Usually those places are plenty of people from other apartments or neighborhood

The Chase has been our home for 3 years now and is a great place to live. It's nothing fancy, but it is in a great location. It has become so popular that parking becomes sparse in the evenings sometimes, but overall the parking situation is ideal for guests compared to some high rise properties in Uptown, for example. The Chase offers access to all recreational activities available to all Village residents fitness center, workout classes, VCC summer pool parties, etc . It's walking distance to so many restaurants and the property is well kept. The noise we hear is primarily people going up and down the stairs outside of our apartment, but otherwise relatively quiet. We've had a decent rate for our 2-bedroom apartment, though the rates have gone up and it increases each year. We definitely get more space for our money than we would in another place using Uptown again as an example . I feel safe here and will be sad moving out of this community when the time comes.

This community has everything I would want in a residency. I could definitely see myself living there and enjoying all of the resident services at my disposal.

Very good choice

Overall, the Chase in the Village is a nice community, but a bit old. The fixtures and appliances are older, but in good condition. The biggest issue is the pest control. As it is an older apartment complex, the issue with bugs finding nooks and crannies to enter especially the front door, even when deadlocked is extremely prevalent. While maintenance is generally extremely responsive including replacing and entire A C unit for my roommate's side , they are not so much when it comes to pests and fixing the front door. It has been months since we started complaining and this has still not been addressed.

The community was beautiful and well kept. The agent was very helpful and informative.
