Totally awesome. I wouldn t think of moving out.

It is a great environment for people my age.

I like The Village, I would never consider moving until I have my own house. It s clean, everyone is very polite and professional and safe. I would like bike racks and better laundry rooms and it wouldn t hurt if I couldn t hear my neighbours. Other than that, everything is lovely.

Live on the first floor. Reported ants found in the bathroom. No one took care of this.

I was not impressed by the apartment. I would have liked to have seen the Country Club.

Most of the apartments are away from the main roads, so it s pretty quiet here. Everything is pretty convenient.A a lot of restaurants and stores and other places are within walking distance. The office staff are friendly and they respond timely. The only problem might be that there s no indoor parking and that you might hear you neighbors occasionally if they talk too loudly at night. Everything else is fine.

Safety factor in the village, upkeep of the complexes/landscaping, utility costs are a plus when you live in the Village (in the heat of the summer many times my utilities will run around $90, where my friends that live in complexes outside the Village might pay $250 or more!)

I would recommend it as long as the apartment is not on the noisy side.

Great place but as I side before the rent is becoming too high.

All the facilities need a SERIOUS update. I bet you don t want to wash your clothes in a grimy washer so why should we? New washers and dryers would be a great addition to the facility.

The only thing i would warn people against is that maintenance starts early in the morning at 7 to 7:30 with very loud lawn mowers and leaf blowers. So no sleeping in.

The rent is high for the size

The best thing about the village is it s convenience to everything Dallas and the Metroplex. Also, being able to exercise is number 2

It s a beautiful neighborhood and worth to live in
