I would tell them it's a nice place. Fixtures are a little outdated. Plenty of parking. Not handicap accessible.

It's towards the lower end of cost in the village. You get what you pay for, but it's very worth it. Maintenance is quick when you submit an order and the grounds are well kept.

I would consider leasing at this community. The staff was very pleasant and professional. The community appeared to be quiet.

There are many good things in the chase such car parking , kind neighbors, safety. however, there are many things I dislike . one of them, the carpet is too old and the price of renting is little bet high.

The location is great. The apartment is spacious, and the kitchen is updated. I really enjoy living here.

The apartment community was very old but clean and well maintained. I did not notice anything unsightly on patios, the parking lot, or on the grounds. The trees, bushes, and grass was manicured, and the small pool looked nice. The office was very clean and relatively updated. The model apartment that I viewed was clean but very small. The furniture was up to date, the cabinets had been updated, and it had new appliances with a faux wood floor in the kitchen and bath. The washer/dryer provided was a nice touch. The front door to the apartment was freshly painted black, as was the door to the apartment across from it. The carpet appeared to be a little better than what you see in most apartments. I think considering how old the community was, it was in admirable condition. I saw some children walking around but did not see anyone loitering. It appeared that it was a family community.

need more recycling receptacles and they need to be emptied more.

It is a great place to live.

The Chase in the Village is a great complex. All of our neighbors were very kind. The staff was always helpful as well. Maintenance was always quick to fix any issues that we had and we never had any issues with management or the staff generally. The apartments were clean and functional. For the price, it was a great environment.
