I was very pleased with the apartment that I viewed. It was recently updated and had nice features. The community was very easy to locate and had an extra bonus of allowing residents to have access to the country club which had tons of additional amenities that you would not find at a regular apartment community. I would definitely recommend this property to my friends.

The leasing agent was very friendly. The apartment was relatively small considering the price. There were lots of amenities and social events available for residents.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable of the community. I think that the pricing here is a little high for a one bedroom. I have looked in different areas and am able to get more bang for my buck. The community itself is nice and I liked that the community was within walking distance of many shops.

My experience while visiting this property was great. What appealed to me was the tranquility that the property possessed. It was located in a centralized busy location of the city, but yet maintained its own identity. This was remarkable to me. The professionalism of the staff was great also. I felt as though that the on-site agent received enough information just to complete the task at hand. More could have been done in this area. Overall, I had a great experience. I really could see myself becoming at the community.

The Chase Apartments are the nicest renovated apartments for the price in The Village.

These were nice basic apartments in a beautiful setting and a great location. There were in the center of Dallas near highways, shopping, restaurants and other amenities, but the community was set apart in a park like setting with a country club in the center that was available to all residents. The apartment I saw was nicely updated and maintained and attractively finished out.

This apartment is a fantasy place to live. It is in a great area and the surroundings are beautiful.

After living in apartments from Virginia, Houston and Dallas over several decades, this is the best apartment/complex ever! The price is more than reasonable considering all the amenities and how close it is to the necessities of daily living and getting around the Dallas area. The staff is exceptional and has a great attitude of “how can I help you?” I feel safe here with round the clock security, and appreciate the diverse community. The floor plan is perfect, appliances up to date, and maintenance is exceptional! I plan to live here as long as I'm in Dallas.

The Chase is a great place to live. The property is well maintained on a weekly basis. The leasing staff is quick to respond and the friendly ones I have ever worked with. The floor plan I have is perfect for my needs, maximizes the square footage well, and is versatile to suit different needs.

This place is a great place to live post college, you have a combination of close community with friends nearby with an adult standard of living

The Chase in the Village has served my needs well. I feel safe with the Village Patrol and Dallas police constantly roaming the area. The maintenance crew is always on top of things and are polite. Also, the location is perfect if you are active in the Dallas area. I have no complaints!

I was not sure of what to think about the property or leasing professional at first. I was happy to see the leasing professional warm up and give me an energetic tour. The property itself was well maintained and seemed quiet and pleasant. The apartment was spacious and a good buy when you include all of the utility bills and community features that the community has to offer.

I did not expect the property to be as fantastic as it was. I love the 24 hour security and the parties at the country club. I was overwhelmed with all the events that were shown to me inside the 75206 book of events. If you do not have a social life, you can most definitely find one in The Village.
