Convenience to areas surrounding the Village - shopping, bus lines, rail lines, downtown, and other areas via Central and other highways. Patrols and maintenance personnel show a presence every day along with other measures that make the Village a "safe" place to live.

just an older community, some people might want to move to a place with more bells & whistles

The grounds were nice and clean and very well maintained. The outside structure just looked old and dated. That would be a deal breaker for me with this property.

Great location and community

It s a good place for the price. Unfortunately, if you get placed by loud neighbors you are in trouble. Calling them in does nothing. Overall, it is a positive experience.

Lots of young people, but still feels safe and clean

Comfortable, all of the necessities/amenities I need, easily accessible, quiet mostly, appreciate the care of the landscaping, convenient to my "city travel area),etc. If/when I have the need, bus stops are very close by. I feel safe in the Chase and the Village.

The leasing professional listened and tailored the presentation to my needs.

I always tell people that I m glad I picked to live in The Village. It really doesn t feel like I m living in a large metroplex.

I love the location, how friendly everyone is, and how nicely the apartments are built and decorated.

Overall, the apartment is nice, but it is more than I would like to pay for the quality. Whenever my upstairs neighbor watches TV, I can hear it clearly and have to do something to drown out the noise. The walls shake when people climb up the stairs. Parking is not an issue.

The walls in the apartments are quite thin and I can hear and FEEL my neighbor s TV a lot of times these past weeks! I had to call Smith Patrol to report on that a few times.

I thought that the inside of the apartment was very pretty. I liked the updated kitchen. I could tell that the office staff was very professional. I received a lot of information that I would need to know to lease.
