The leasing agent for this property is a great asset, and did a very nice job representing the community.

The apartments are a decent size but I do not believe there is anything special or extraordinary about them. In fact, my first impression was that these apartments, especially from the outside, are very dull and lifeless. These apartments did not make me think, "WOW!", especially not for the price.

Great apartments. All apartments are pretty much the same for whatever your'e paying as far as amenities. I just appreciate the service and staff. They know me when I walk in the office, always extreamly nice. Great communication for community events or up coming service for the building to let you know if the water might be off or they'll be in to change air filters. Very happy with the living situation.

The leasing professional was good at her job and knew what she was doing. She was efficient and to the point, but not rushed. I would rent from her because she seemed nice and honest.

The Chase apartments were nice and the grounds and amenities were very clean. The landscaping was very pretty. As a prospective renter, I would be happy in knowing that they take care of their community such as the new roof that was being replaced on the whole community.

I'm a single mom and have been living in my apartment going on four years. We love walking to feed the ducks, swim in the pools or play football at the park. We feel safe and like we are in an incredible location in Dallas - everything from malls, movies, restaurants, pubs, parks and great activities are 10 minutes away.

The community is safe and well taken care of and the apartment itself was in great condition with new appliances. It's my favorite place that I've lived in the last 10 years.

Overall, I thought the community was very nice. The apartments seemed very well taken care of. The leasing professional was personable, and I would have leased if I was really looking for a home.

The property is amazing. The one bedroom apartment has upgraded light fixtures, ceiling fans and all black appliances. Patio and washer/dryer in the unit. The amenities are an added bonus! There is a Country Club right down the street that you get full access to the fitness center, tennis courts, tanning beds, restaurant, softball/baseball field and walking trails. You get a lot for the money!

This is an attractive, well maintained property. There are limited amenities on the immediate property, but many extras available at the country club, including a baseball field. The leasing professional was friendly, eager to help and knowledgeable.

The property offered more than I expected. The remodel makes a world of difference in the apartment. The small touches show the company really wanted to offer the best to their residents.

Even though the office was busy, I was promptly greeted with a friendly welcome upon my arrival. The models that I was shown had all the latest upgrades and seemed like a place I could call home.
