It is kind of old. Plus management is not that great any more.

The entire apartment complex need exterior improvement. The ground need to be kept clean. The exterior of the building should be powerwashed on a regular basis.

Awesome amenities, friendly staff, prompt maintenance

For square footage - a little more money than what most of my friends would be willing to pay. We moved here for the location and the amenities. We were paying less for a 4 bedroom house than we pay now for a 1 bedroom apt.

Overall, I thought the property was average. However, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The property itself was a little run down, but livable.

The serenity of the walking trails, the very friendly and courteous staff, and the grounds are kept immaculate what s not to like? Fun and entertaining events at the country club, amazing chefs, and a security presence that is both reassuring and professional.

Parking and the country club is great. The grounds are kept up pretty well. However, the apartments can get cold when it is cold outside because air comes in through the windows and balcony door these are old apartments. Also, the noise from the shopping center is too loud at 3am the apartment management should try to see if it can do something so that the shopping center isn t allowed to have garbage picked up and landscaping done at 3am. It is ridiculous that they pick up garbage at 3am and bang garbage cans.

This community has upgraded apartments, but no ice makers in the freezers which would be a deal breaker for me.

The community was in an excellent location with access to some of Dallas' best shopping and dining. The community was noticeably clean and well landscaped. The value was excellent, including a free membership to The Country Club. The leasing professional was knowledgeable and quite helpful. She really made me feel welcome.

The agent was very friendly and nice. She was very informative and her service was genuine. The community seemed to be a nice place to live.

It has one of the best deals in Dallas!
