Not getting to see any of the amenities kinda made it hard to tell if I would like living there or not.

I enjoyed visiting the community. Great price for what is offered and great area. I also enjoyed the leasing consultant. She was very friendly and professional.

I felt the community was located in a convenient area. The ground's upkeep was handled well, but the apartment community itself seemed mediocre. There were no added features to the property that made me want to move there. The inside of the apartment model was basic and outdated though the decor was nice. I felt the cabinets should be redone or painted and there should be an added backsplash. The space in the kitchen was lacking and very tight. In my opinion, the price for the apartment comes from the location of the community more than the quality of the apartments. I am anxious to see what the new office space looks like as I love the color of the new walls and, from Kayla's explanation, it sounds like the space will be utilized well.

This is a nice community in a decent location with quick access to the freeway. The amenities are slightly above average, but fair for the rental price. The leasing professional was friendly and very straightforward regarding the apartment community.

This property is in a group community with many other properties. The community is well maintained and cared for. The landscaping is beautiful everywhere you look. The care and upkeep is a high priority and is noticeable. The staff is friendly and eager to help and the extras of the community are endless. The Country Club is a big plus. I would be very happy living there.

During my visit, I did not see an apartment or amenities of the property. The leasing agent was professional and sincere, however, she did not offer to show my anything. We discussed floor plans that we viewed on an iPad.

This community was located in the "Village" among other communities. The leasing professional did not show enough interest in the beginning. She did not even ask for my name until we were ready for the tour. My contact number was also not requested. She did not connect with me. She showed enthusiasm in the final stage for closing by motivating me with senior discounts.

The community was located in a terrific area with easy access to some of Dallas' best in shopping and dining. It was beautifully maintained. The apartment with the country club membership was an excellent value. The leasing professional had a wonderful attitude and made me feel welcome. She was genuinely interested in helping me find an apartment.

The agent was nice and took the time to go over the floor plans and pricing. She even went as far as to tell me about other properties and told me to make my search easier that I could go to the Lifestyles Center. The phone rep was also nice and offered a lot of information about the property and community. I would refer anyone looking to give them a try.

The community was nice. The amenities were good. The country club membership is a definite plus.
