Becoming very expensive over the years.
Generally, real estate improves in value each year, along with taxes and insurance. The Texas economy and real estate market is strong; therefore the rent has grown since 2010. We've also invested a very large amount of capital into the community in recent years. Your continued residency is greatly appreciated.
Awesome place to stay!!
This is a great place to stay... Â Very cooperative management.. Â Maintenance requests are attended to very quickly.. Beautifully maintained lawns.. lots of open space.. apartments are not crowded.. plenty of open parking.. 3 convenient UTD bus stops - George bush highway, Central Expressway all so close by, nearby shopping complex takes care of all your grocery shopping.. on the whole - a great place to stay..

This community has everything you need! It has a small community feel, but actually takes up 63 acres of land! The homes are up to date on style and upgrades. They really feel more like a house rather than an apartment. I would live here in a heartbeat!

Our student population grows larger every year due to the proximity to UTD. Majority of the students are extremely respectful and just need a little reminder every now and then. As always, we appreciate your honest opinion.

I would not recommend because of following points.
1. The basic rent is too high.
2. Additional cost is added almost $25 for other gardening lanscaping, trash etc; is also too much.
3. The agreement cancellation should be only for 2 months period.
4. I found that the society charges too much amount after the lease is over and if we are vacating the society.

Unfortunately, several other residents & I have noticed a shift over the last year or so regarding a decline in professionalism & courtesy by certain (not all) management members.
Everyone has rough days. Overall, the community has improved drastically over the past 2 years due to the care and concern from our management team. I truly apologize for giving you that impression.

I can't recommend this apartment by comapring the amenities and the rent.
Our convenient location to PlanoISD schools and UTD play a large part in our pricing. We hope our customer service and attentive maintenace team bridge the gap between our asking price and what renters expect to pay.

Apartment rent is too high that is the major hindrance in recommending it to friends.
The monthly rental amount plays a large part in choosing to refer your community to a friend or coworker. We pride ourselves in providing the best customer experience in the industry; therefore we do not price at the bottom of our market.
Great place to live!
The Marquis at Waterview is the perfect place for anyone. The University of Texas at Dallas shuttle bus picks you up almost at your doorstep. Getting on to the George Bush Turnpike is extremely easy and fast. This allows you to go almost anywhere in the DFW area quickly. We appreciated the wonderful service received by the front office folks specifically Candace who helped us out immensely with some of our questions. Highly recommend the Marquis at Waterview to anyone looking for a great place to live.

-Not helpful in many things .. I have asked for a maintenance before and nobody responded until I asked two more times for it.
-My friend referred me and he didn't get his referral because he left his apartment after I moved in by less than one month ... one of the responsible persons informed us that he will receive his referral in terms of a reduction in the expenses that he gonna pay when he leaves the apartment and nothing happened.
-When I extended my lease for more one month it is extremely expensive.
