Good appartments but in the past 2 years it has increased leases abusivelly without increasing it's service quality.
Your rent includes much more than your home. It includes the location that is quite convenient to major highways and all of our wonderful amenities. If you would like to visit more about any concerns please let me know.

Marquis at Waterview was a beautiful community and what I saw was top notch. The leasing professional was very nice and welcoming and so was the trainee. The model of the apartment that I wanted to lease was more than what I could have ever expected. I could definitely see myself living there and being quite comfortable. The rent is too high for assigned parking to be an extra fee. The gates when they work are a hassle for all outside service providers, guests, and deliveries. The office management might understand some of what I am talking about if they tried to engage the "community" on more than just a monthly breakfast, and perhaps helped thier staff when residents are waiting.

At the community, residents really received a lot. With car washes, community gardens, driving ranges, pools, a game room and media room one would wonder why a house. The floors plans offered a lot as well with medicine cabinets and a built-in bookcase it was quite a place to live.

I would recommend because of the location and amenities. I would not recommend for not having enough flexibility and convenience for lease renewal terms.

This comment surprised me (I'm a tenant) because the flexibility in leasing terms is exactly what brought us here when we were transitioning between housing. Our housing plans fell through and we have renewed our lease several times with a variety of short-term lease options to choose from while we're sorting out our long-term housing situation. The staff has worked well with us to find a suitable arrangement for lease renewal based on our circumstances, and we're very grateful.

Gates are still borken and open

Its been more that two weeks since last time Apartments staff said that this issues is going to be fixed - yet the gates are still broken and open.

We hear of some many thefts in the area - but still the Appt mgmt. had done little to address the concern over broken gates.
I understand the frustration about the gates. We are in the process of rebuilding the data base and that project should be completed by med week next week. Should you need to speak with me my email is leverett@cwsapartments.com or please call.

Gates are boroken again

Although technically this is a gated community - the gates are broken and remain open for two to three weeks a month.

Apartment is over priced.
We have had intermittent issues with the gates but the problem is the controller. We ordered it on Monday. The minute it comes in we will install it the day it arrives.

i would not recommend due to the apartments being outdated, the items break easily, problems with large roaches, exterior appears dirty. the apartments are too expensive.

rent negotiations are not possible... it seems to be that everything is controlled by the headquater. there is no personal 'touch'.

sometimes the container for recycling is 'overloaded'. a bigger container should be the solution. this looks bad

Generally, apartment is clean and good. Also, the surrounding circumstances are well constructed.
