I recommended 2 of my friends to the community ! All of them complains about the rudeness of the office staff in the past ! I ended up apologizing to them for the leasing office staff ! We all felt a change in that this year

The community was well kept for its age. Updates were apparent. The gardens were really nice. It was notable the community wanted residents to enjoy their community. The amenities were nice and relevant to the time. I liked the location.

The community had a lot of extras that anyone would be proud of. It included a basketball court, on-site car wash, garden, two swimming pools, Jacuzzi as well as a walking trail.

The amenities were awesome. I have already told several people of everything that was offered for the apartment living. The only draw back was the rental rate. For a two bedroom of that size, the rate was high, which would be the only reason I would not chose this apartment community.

Now the employees are acting like Bouncers and Management is very horrible. They are having too much Racism feelings.

The rent is too expensive for the number of years this facility has been around in comparison to all of the new apartments going up.
Marquis at Waterview offers more than just a home we are a community. Our amenities and resident events separate us from the competition. We thank you for your residency and hope it continues.

This community is beautiful. The staff is exceptional. The amenities are over the top and noteworthy. The building design and landscaping are wonderful. The units themselves are average in size, but the layout is unique. This is a great place to consider as a home.
