The price that I got is good for the value, but the neighborhood has been changed since last time I signed up, pest control can't control the pest, crazy driver in the neighborhood, car space being occupied and no action was taken.
I understand neighborhoods change. Please know that we value all of our residents and they are all screened through the same process. We are aware of a person driving too fast in the parking lot. Our Courtesy Officer is working on making contact with them. If you would like to discuss any of your concerns with me I would be happy to set an appointment time with you. Have a wonderful day.

This is a huge apartment community that actually has a car wash on the property.
Marquis at Waterview does have many great amenities for our residents. Our community seems huge because we have a large amount of green space and we are only two stories. Thank you for your wonderful feedback.

Coming from another state it has been ok, there are nicer places in the area.
We are happy you chose to come to Texas. There are many communities in the area but Marquis at Waterview is unique offering numerous amenities and the convenience of being near lots of shopping. We are happy you chose us.

As far as apartment communities go, The Marquis sets the standard. We are delighted to have found such a great place to call home during our transition between housing, and highly recommend it to anyone.

It is an ok place to live. The outside of the buildings and grounds are beautiful but the inside of the apt needs an update.
Our maintenance team works very hard as you know. Please let us know if there is anything in your home that needs our attention. We will take care of it promptly.

Not worth for what you pay.
If you renew before December 10th we will place a washer and dryer in your home for no extra fee. If you currently are renting one from us we will delete the charge.

I really liked the community. Having an attached garage would be such a great feature. All the amenities were wonderful. Having a vegetable garden and playgrounds was a great idea.

Not worth it
Forget about the community the management in this community is the worst ever. The property is not maintained to its best and they blame the residents for it. The employee of this property that stayed next door to me was not abiding the rules so why would any. overall if you live here you are wasting your money and time and you rent will creep up every renewal. The rent increases but not the maintenance of the property what so ever. The management has to do a better in securing the premises. poor job by community leadership.
