The amenities were amazing. The leasing specialists were respectful and courteous, and the location was right next to 75 and President George Bush Turnpike. What more could you ask for?

The price was not a good value for what was offered. The leasing agent was confident and focused on finding a floor plan to meet my needs.

It must be first said that the attributes of the leasing professional made up for any lack of attributes of the community itself. The particular apartment I saw, while clean and had a nice wood floor, had dated looking walls, cabinetry, and appliances. For the price point, it was surprisingly lacking.
