Prices are too high
Price is always a factor when considering to renew or refer us to a friend, but hopefully our customer service bridges the gap between your ideal rent and our asking price.

I probably would recommend it to single yuppies, young marrieds without children, families with a high-school aged child; or older adults. Probably not so much a family with elementary school aged children . . .
A referrals is the highest form of flattery. We appreciate referrals of any kind. Our elementary aged residents go to school at Aldridge Elementary, which is within walking distance. And many of our resident events are kid-friendly i.e Halloween costume party, Pictures with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt, Nation Donut Day, etc.

The service from the professional staff is and has always been excellent. The physical maintenance of the building has been on the poor to extremely poor side.
Thank you for praising our efforts in the office. We've made some huge improvements to the exterior of the community in 2012 and much more is planned in 2013.

Until I see an improvement with what I have described above, I see no reason why I would suggest people move here. Unless they really just need a place quickly that is close to work like I did.

GYM equipment needs lot of maintenance; all times two are unusable.
GYM glass needs proper cleaning. Always lower levels cleaned, leaving upper unreachable area very dirty/opaque. Some of the sprinklers not properly faced, sprays water on pathways cars, soil leaching on pathways.

There are a lot of bugs in the apartment...and the windows and doors are somewhat outdated ..so there is a lot of air leaking in...

Way too expensive and way too small for the amount they ask. All amenities are very old. Management is greedy and only interested in squeezing money.

This apartment, if you can afford it really sells itself. All of the pools from what I can see were functioning. The property has community activities weekly and there is also an onsite car wash.

The leasing agent was very polite and helpful but did not show her community nor demonstrated the apartment. The apartment has nice amenities.

The only (and I will stress the only again) reason I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend is the good neighbors. I feel quite safe and comfortable with them. I have never experienced a noise distruption or police vehicle in the complex.
