Due to high rent, I cannot recommend to anyone specially when there are similar facilities/apartments available in Plano/Richardson with considerable lower rates.

The apartment had all the best amenities but was a little small. The bedroom and closet space was small. The amenities of the community were like a resort and the upkeep was impressive. The drive up to the apartment was very nice. I would recommend it to anyone.
We agree the designer touches out weigh the size of our bedrooms. Our tennis and basketball courts and community garden promote healthy living.

Rent too expensive for apartment value. The rent is "justified" by the various amenities available for free but in reality, most people don't use them. Maintenance is great, always prompt. Staff in office are friendly and kind.
Many, many residents choose to use our tennis & basketball courts, jogging trails, business center and complimentary group fitness classes. Some residents find value in our super convenient location. These amenities do not have a specific price tag, but for most carry tremendous value; nevertheless we appreciate your opinion and your residency.

This is a great apt community but the only challenge one face is during lease renewal. I personally faced that when I received my lease renewal notice. My proposed rent was not changed and was more than the rent currently being offered for same apartments. I even wrote to the apartment director for the reason but havent received any response. What I get from this is that the apt society is more interested in getting new residents and not interested in keeping existing residents.
I'm sorry this was the impression you received. We try very hard to make sure renewal rates are comparable to new lease rates; sometimes we miss the mark. I assure you your concerns never go unheard.
We recently had a Resident Loyalty Reception for 50 families who have been in their current apartment 5-17 years. We greatly value our current residents, as well as welcome new comers with open arms.

I have no friends that live in apartments or would consider it.
Interestingly, some residents have been with us for multiple years or more and continue to renew their lease year after year, but do not rate our community with 5 stars. We can't explain this, but we respect everyones opinion and hope to one day earn their 5 star rating.
