The agent should be at one of your more expensive properties. She is very good in to her job. It shows through her smile and effort to get you the best apartment.

I love the location. Everything I need I can walk to. Maintenance always comes in 24 hours from when I put in a form. I wish the inside was a little more updated but I am paying less for it.

I think this is a great community. The price is perfect for the location and what you get. The village as a whole is a fantastic concept and adds value to the rent that is charged. The apartment community was kept up nicely and fit the rate which was quoted.

I really enjoy living in this community. Their is always some sort of activity going on in the neighborhood. The apartment is older but pretty nice. I have had to be creative with storage ideas due to a complete lack of storage. I would recommend this neighborhood to anyone and everyone.

The Bend East is surprisingly quiet relative to many of the other places in the Village. The units themselves are a bit older, but I actually like that. There are many recycling and trash bins scattered throughout the parking lot, which makes taking out the trash and recycling very easy regardless of what complex you live in. My only complaint would be that getting a hold of the Time-Warner internet contact was not easy at first. That said, I moved in at the end of a semester and there were many other people moving in the exact same day as I was, and it became apparent to me that the guy was just overwhelmed with setting various apartments up. The management is very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries. I would definitely recommend setting up an autopayment with the management as soon as you move in.

The Village offers the best value for apartment living in the Dallas area.

One of the best neighborhood communities I have ever lived in! Really safe, close to Tom thumb, Central Market, Walmart, Target and the Bus/Train station. Amenities are awesome! Love the joggers trail,parks and the ponds. Exciting social events conducted every month! Beautiful and peaceful place to live!

Initially, when i moved in I was concerned about the lack of space, but as time has gone by I feel like my 665 square feet is a nice amount for one person. I love that my requests are completed in a timely manner and I have really cool neighbors. As a Dallas import from Kansas, I was stunned at the price but as I've become more acquainted with the city I realize that my price is very reasonable for my location and space size.

I have lived at the Bend East since September 2013. The move-in experience went smoothly, the units are nice and well maintained. Their is ample parking which makes it easy to have guests. The community grounds are well maintained with a nice walking trail, fitness center, and pools are nearby in the community. Many of the buildings in Bend East have been around for many years. A new renter that is moving to these apartments might expect to have the need to request maintenance on occasion. Fortunately, their maintenance team has been responsive to all of my requests. Security has been good at these apartments. The Village has their own security that regularly patrols the area, and I have not had or witnessed any security issues.

This apartments (The Village) are on the best location you can ask for. You have shopping, parks, restaurants, work and so much more at less than a mile away. This is the best place I have ever rented.

new leasing is not personable, we don't need office personal, can be replaced with robots. losing personal contact is not good. soon we not talk to each other.

The staff was okay. They did not go above and beyond to greet me when I arrived. They were both sitting at their desk. The community itself is very nice. I love the floor plans and the upkeep of the community. I really like community. I could see myself living there in the near future.

My experience while visiting this property was great. I enjoyed the all of the amenities that this community had to offer. I especially enjoyed the location of it. The leading agent made this a great experience. Her willingness to assist attitude was well noted. I felt at home. I was pleased with everything that I saw and the conversation that I had with the leading agent. She made this tour seem like an adventure. Her personality added a sense of value while made it more remarkable. The community was great and the leasing agent was great. Wonderful property.
