a place untill you find a better one
if you looking to spend the least amount of money and do not care about how much care a company puts into its product or the lack of confidence its employees have then go live in the village. Also if you want to move into an apartment that hasn't been cleaned very well in the past 30 years this is the place for you. Of course a business is concerned with profit maximization, but when it comes to peoples homes businesses should consider a bit more differential support if they want to keep contracts with their inhabitants.
It's good, the neighbors are nice and around my age, it's close to work and the price is good.
I like it a lot. It's one of the lower priced Village complexes. I haven't had any real problems with the neighbors. If they raise the rent any more though, it won't be worth it and I'd go somewhere else. That's really my main issue with the Village is they substantially raise rents every year on their current residents. So watch out for that.
Great community. Staff is helpful, and it feels incredibly safe here.
I would say the same as above, and while the village is now outside of my price range, I'd recommend it if you can afford it.

ok living space with sub-par maintenance
The prices keep raising, maintenance is poor, and management does little to help the residents unless forced to.

The apartment is fine unless you like having water, which is turned off multiple times a week without any warning, making you late for work.

Great place to live if you're new to the neighborhood!
Decent price, great location, attentive landlords and wonderful facilities. Only problem are the sprinklers--they often flood the pathways at times when I'm trying to get to my apartment. Advice: careful when leaving/entering your apartment at 11:33 pm and 2:45 am!
The Village in general is a great location. They are prompt with maintenance and the grounds are well kept.
Its nice. My place is too spacious for me (but own very little). Rent price for location and prompt maintenance and well kept grounds is solid.
