You're leaving in the center of the town, and you can find everything yes, I mean everything except IKEA within a 5-minute ride. Very convenience and safe. The staff is very professional and amazing. However, the price is a bit pricey for a 500 sq.ft. one bedroom. It lacks natural light as well as overhead fixture. If you're OK with spending a bit more for location convenience, and a bit more to buy light fixture, you'll find this place home.

A quiet and good place to live

The parking for our area gets full very quickly or is inconvenient. I don't feel comfortable parking on the backside of my building when it is dark and then having to walk along an unlit pathway to my door. It's not safe feeling.

I would not lease at this community. Everyone that I spoke to seemed to be just going through the motions. No one went out of their way to make me visualize this community as home.

Good safe feeling place overall. Confusing for friends and family for two building number 5 at the Village bend. Hard for people to find me.

The bend east is an older apartment complex compared to the majority of the other Village apartments. However, it is very convenient for parking, accessibility to grocery stores, and the DART. I would highly recommend residents who are new to the Dallas area to consider living here.

My customer experience was phenomenal. The leasing agent listened attentively to me and tried to find me an apartment that would suit my needs. The level of energy was felt and her enthusiasm was contagious.

The Village has been an oasis in the Dallas apartment community for decades. It's well kept up and in general, maintainance has been good. We don't have trashy, dangerous residents or outsiders wandering the grounds and don't have broken beer bottles in the parking lots and other issues that some apartments have. Crime is usually low, given the area's demographics.

Landscaping is immaculate and the garden-like grounds are very restful and pleasant. The Village is within 5-10 miles of most places where I go and has good restaurants, grocers, etc. nearby.
