Still a Newbie but it's Been Great
I love the community and all the amenities it has to offer. I love how SAFE it is not that I had any worries but I love that the welcome mat doesn't end at signing of the lease. The staff and residents are really engaged and promote community involvement.
Low key, low pressure, low price
The people who run the Bend are very nice and very low key. They always call if they are going to change the air filters or if the water will be off for a couple hours. They always schedule that stuff during the work day so it's perfect! The Bend is on the less expensive end of the Village, and it is definitely a value for the low rent!
Bend East in the Village
The property is very spacious, safe, and most importantly very active. The neighborhood is surrounded by great local restaurants and is minutes away from downtonw Dallas. The Village Country Club membership offered within the apartment price is unbeatable and is the most generous Ive seen anywhere.
The Bend In The Village
The management and staff do a wonderful job of keeping everything running smoothly, even though this is one of the older complexes in the village. The price for a one-bedroom when you consider aesthetics is pretty steep though.

My visit was pleasant. However, I felt for the money they could have used better finishings. The countertops were painted to look like granite. I would prefer real granite.

The community was very open and felt quite outdoorsy. The apartment I saw was large but nothing special in terms of features. However, the leasing professional I worked with was exceptional and went out of his way to make the community seem like a great place to live.

Peaceful, relaxing and convenient, I am twenty minutes to half hour travel time at most from everything.
Great community in a good location.
