It is an excellent, safe, quiet community. I do feel that the price-range is reasonable and Lincoln does seem to truly care about their residents. I greatly appreciate the security patrol and ensuring we live in a safe and quiet environment.

Rent is too hight for the unit I am living in. I would be honest with anyone regarding the village apartments being too over priced.

The landscape is an oasis in the city.

I have recommended it to others and several of them now reside in the Bend East.

I would recommend the community but just not the Bend in the Village.

I have really enjoyed living at the Village Apartments. The staff is friendly and the maintenance crew is very timely. My two complaints are the A C unit right outside my window is old and makes a lot of noise. Sometimes I can drown it out but other times it gets annoying. Also, the outlet in my bathroom has a very low voltage. I can only blow dry my hair for about 30 seconds before the breaker trips and I have to go over to my roommate's closet to reset it. Over all I would recommend this community though for your next home.

Not sure of the value.

It's not crazily expensive and offers a lot. It's close to everything you need. Buildings are old but well maintained. The whole area is beautiful and safe.

This community has a nice exterior appearance and many amenities located throughout. I would rent based on the value I would receive for my money and all of the resident services to take advantage of. The country club adds tremendous value and the size of the apartment is a great size for the asking price.

Best Place to stay

These are the only 2 good things I will say: Maintenance and promptness is wonderful. Have a problem and typically the next day or that day it is fixed. The park area is kept nice.

The windows are terrible. I can hear people in the parking lot at night. The windows are drafty and have not been updated ever. No wonder the electricity bill in the winder months is almost triple from all other times of the year.
There is no screen on the sliding door to keep bugs out on nice days when you want to get fresh air. There are no rain gutters to divert the rain from dripping on you as you leave the covered areas.
The staff at the office is very short and almost rude when talking with them about issues. The atmosphere is not welcoming.
Laundry facilities are ok, they break down often, repairs take several days. The card systems for payment are terrible and some of the facilities do not have a working card reader.
The pool is used more by ducks than humans and is often so dirty I do not want to go swimming.
