Apartment Review from a Current Renter

This is a great place to live. My "block" is very quiet and my neighbors are respectful. The landscaping is beautiful. The office handles problems and requests well. The apartment complex has the feel of a community.

I would recommend the community just not the Bend in the Village because of the location and the amenities offers.

I already recommended the complex to a friend and she moved in. The central location to so many businesses throughout Dallas make it a relatively easy commute for most people.

I would recommend friends, I love the area and its a good community.

For my age group mid late twentys the grill is a must . Makes it more homely to have a bbq by the pool on a Sunday esp when in a one bedroom

It is a safe and beautiful community!

Apartment Review from a Current Renter

I would recommend the Village to residents looking for a safe and attractive place to live in North Dallas. However, I WOULD be very careful to warn them of the leasing office ineptitude and the incredibly slow and ineffective maintenance.

I would recommend this community because Lincoln Properties seems to pride themselves on excellent customer/tenant service. They seem to care most about the tenant's experience in creating a comfortable, safe, and quiet/peaceful environment.

For what appeared to be a somewhat older community, it has a great appeal and look to it. They seem to take great care of the property and the apartment. The on-site leasing agent was engaging, professional and knowledgeable. She was pleasant and made the tour all about me. Whatever questions I had, she answered well.
We appreciate the kind words! We hope you enjoyed your visit and we hope to see you back soon!

Late Fee

The last Late Fee is boggus and Unethical. I paid the full amount due last time. Then I returned home about midnight on Friday night after leaving on business the previous Monday, greeted with a note on my door saying a a late fee was due the day before. Additionally, Brian once told me that we were given one exemption from a late fee per year or lease term. I was late because I did not receive the e-mail notification that arrived the previous 36 months like clock work. First, I do not owe the late fee. Second, why didn t you contact me via e-mail or telephone. I am not sure what changes have occured in management the last few weeks or month , but certainly they have certainly lost my once high respect. What happened to e-mail notification of rent due? I suspect a you now have a new manager with a worldview that places people at the bottom. After 3 years of outstanding staff, this is quite dissappointing.

This community is a beautiful place that I would love to call home. After touring it, I understood why the pricing was a little higher than what I initially thought it was worth, which was because of all the amazing amenities of the community and the group of communities in the area.

I think all the apartments should have washer/dryer connections.

Chill Management and Great Service

The Bend is great. Good quality of the apartments. The management is pretty satisfied to not bother you, but if you need something they are very quick to respond. Overall a great place to live.

The best for your money

This apartment community is very attractive as it has something for everyone at any stage of their life. Its distance to Uptown, Downtown and Highway 75 make it a place thats constantly in demand. The rent is inexpensive and there is always something going on that make this place very active and engaging. Being from the northeast, I found the people, management and neighbors here to be friendly, respective and non-noisy.
