Need better equipment in the gym - and it is way too small for the number of personnel living in the area and attending it.

I felt the rental rates were quite high for the area. The country club is a great extra to have, though I did not get to see any of it while I was there.

a lot of things to do. variety of activities, such as free fitness and yoga classes. many events held at the village country club. apartment complex includes washer and dryer.
wish maintenance was bit better. they take months to come to fix the problem. staff is very bad with following up except for Rachel-she is really good

I overall love the complex. There are a few creepy people who live in the building next to me but I try to avoid them at all costs. Also, I put my name on a wait list for a covered parking space. There are two spots that no one has parked in since I moved in which is kind of annoying since I would actally use the space versus there being two spaces opened and unused. ALSO, there has been a couch sitting in the breeze way of my apartment unit for 3months now. I feel like it looks trashy having it there and would like it removed asap I have contacted the office about this already but the couch is still sitting there.

The walls are think and neighbors are loud. No problem with parking

the rent price is good, the space is good, the lighting is getting better and location can not be beat.

The community is located in a desired part of town with a lot of amenities and shopping all within walking distance. That being the case gives this property a leg up on others same properties. However, with this being an older property and for the price I would expect real upgrades like granite, stainless steel and definitely a microwave. I think while nice, they are a bit overpriced.

The property was beautiful and the landscaping was nicely maintained. The property had professional and friendly leasing professionals. Furthermore, the apartments were cozy, spacious and very affordable.

My perceptions as a real customer considering leasing at that community were it was a place of excitement and pleasure. All the activities one would want to spend time enjoying, right at home. They were centrally located to easily access everything the area to offer. They provided spacious floor plans with modern features and decorative details. My impression of the staff being knowledgeable professionals and most helpful.
