Having searched all over Dallas for an apartment for my wife and I, I was hesitant to go with The Village. I had seen some real dumps, but also some new and up to date apartments. After seeing the price to an apartment here that we thought we could see ourselves living in, we put down a deposit. We were hesitant at first, but we believed it was the best. After moving into The Village, we are very happy with the decision. The location is great (just 6 miles from downtown) and the community feels safe. We are glad we choose The Village.

I moved to the Village after my roommate got married back in 2009. I'm glad In hindsight, it was a very good location because it puts me close to Central Expressway and allows me to get to work and to church in reasonable commutes. I have everything I need (supermarket, pharmacy, post office, regular places to eat, Northpark and Lincoln Park) within minutes of the complex. I am preparing for the Dallas Marathon, and I use both the fitness center and running trails in my training. The staff at the center has been helpful and quick to address any concerns or questions I have.

The property is very well maintained and the staff is great. I like that I can pay my rent on-line, and the amentities that come with the property as well. I've only lived here for a short time, but the experience has been great so far. I would recommend to a friend because it is safe, friendly, and in a great location.

The Bend East is safe, clean, and beautiful. Office and maintenance have been friendly and efficient. I truly enjoy living here and would recommend it to anyone.

When we came to the office, the staffs were so nice and patient. They showed us everything and told us what we should pay attention. After visiting the apartment where we are still living, we received a great deal with it. The life in Village is wonderful, we are so close to the Nature, the lake, the spring, kinds of animals. Just enjoy everyday here.

This property is centrally located near the SMU campus with great access to public transporation. Grocery and retail shopping centers are also located nearby. The property is very well maintained and offers great amenities! Great place to live!

I liked this community, but I would have liked to have been shown the country club and some of the pools.

This is a nice property in the heart of north Dallas. The community is a very well maintained property.

Its a great place to live at! Great neighborhood, restaurants, grocery stores, village club are all at a walking distance. I feel safe with all the security personnel we have. I have no noise complaints or any neighbor complaints.

It has been great, and we love it here. They have monthly events for residents to attend like movies on the lawn and people of all ages and lifestyles to make friends with. I love that my neighbors can't hear when our child cries and we can't hear them either. The walls seem pretty insulated.
Their customer service has been good, I've had to call for a maintenance request a couple times, but they got back to me eventually.
The price is high for most of the apartments, but the smaller ones of course have lower utilities.

I really like living at the Bend, however I would like a dishwasher that is younger than me.

Living at The Bend East has been a great experience for me and my family. Although it is a little more expensive, I think it is worth it because there are so many great amenities and I love feeling so safe living so close to Downtown with a newborn. I would recommend living here to everyone.
