I am usually always at work, however when I am home I'm completely spoiled. Any repairs I need are done within 24 hrs. Patrol are always polite. The only thing I would change is the staff in the office, they kinda forget about you (sometimes just knowing a person's name isn't enough). If I call them about something I have to do it more than once HOWEVER if I email them I usually get a response within 1-2 business days. Just had an inspection and the paper to let me know management was finished wit my apt was on the floor, thought that was a little rude. Other than those small not really worth complaining about situations I love it here. Brag on this place all the time!

The only reason I give a low score for noise is due to the dogs that live in the complex. I know there are no dogs allowed and I know that management can't really find them but there are two to three dogs that live in ear shot of me.

Everything seems ok. Sometimes problems with the drier or washing machines. Not much else.

So far at my time at the Bend, I have found the staff helpful and courteous and the grounds clean and maintained. My maintenance is timely and I have had no issues with anything in or outside of the apartment. Its great for the price and is the perfect amount of space. The Village is a right of passage in Dallas and I plan to live here for a long while.

Very peaceful and quiet. Sense of community but with privacy. Apartments are well maintained and very spacious.

The associate was very friendly and presented his community very well. The apartment had few upgrades but was not upscale.

I believe this community is the very best I have seen as far as the amenities. The staff is friendly. The grounds are nice, and the curb appeal good.

This apartment complex is very nice. Seems to be a good price for the area. I have not had any issues so far. It is a quiet and peaceful are. The one downside I have experienced is a lack of storage area.

I enjoy living in The Bend. Management is great. If there's a problem, they're quick to resolve it.

While I really enjoy living in the Village with all its amenities and safety standards, I do not enjoy the fact that they will raise your rent every time you renew. The first time I tried to renew, I had to move into a different unit that was cheaper because they were going to raise my rent by $65 a month! This time I renewed, they raised my rent by $50 per month and gave me my renewal notice so late that I didn't have time to look for another place. As soon as I signed, the rent dropped back down to what I was paying before! So if you have the ability to keep paying more and more for your apartment or just want to check it out for a year, then by all means move here. But if you are a normal person with an average income, find somewhere else.

This apartment fits my needs for a home perfectly.

The Bend East is one of the less expensive apartment complexes in The Village, so the rent is relatively low, but the community ammeneties such as walking trails, clubhouse, beautiful grounds, and security services are a definite plus. Overall a good value for budget-conscious renters.

Very nice grounds. It is a little bit more expensive, but the increased safety from security personal, and criminals being unable to afford living here make it worth it. Also, criminals already convicted of something can't come here at all. The ones who hadn't been caught yet are just too poor to stay here.

Best value for your money. I have all the comfortable amenities I had in my previous home available to me for a cheap price, and the quality is high! I was very happy to move-in to very clean and working order apartment. The staff is great to work with and make me feel so special because they recognize me and can recall where I live! I had to coordinate all my move-in details over the phone or internet because I moved here from IDaho without a visit to the property. I went solely off of word-of-mouth and phone chats with the staff. I'm here to offer my own word-of-mouth review: it is worth your time and money to stop searching and just move here.
