Excellent place to live. The rent is awesome. We have laundry in our apartment, 2 fairly equally sized bedrooms, nice spacious closets and 2 spacious bathrooms.

The leasing professional was very nice and helpful. The community was nice and clean.

The leasing agent was very professional and outgoing, she took her time to make sure I know all about the property and area. She was very knowledgeable. The property was very nice and seems to be very well maintained.

I wasn't sure what to expect when moving to Dallas, but everything in the Village has been pretty good. The properties are well-maintained, the service is friendly, and amenities such as the Country Club and Smith Patrol add value.

The property is beautiful and conveniently located. My husband and I especially enjoy the walking trails around the lakes, pools and the activities at the country club.

A previous apartment I lived in did not feel safer. There were several robberies, and residents rarely ventured outside for very long. At the Village, every time I drive to or from my apartment I drive past at least one village patrol officer. The Village Patrol is constantly visible and continuously patrol the property, which gives all of the residents a sense of safety. Due to this sense of safety and the lighting, there are runner at almost all times jogging around the trials around the complexes and I enjoy being able to run at night along the well-lit path without fear for my safety. Definitely one of the best perks of the Village Apartments is the sense of safety so that you can enjoy all of the outside amenities that the Village has to offer.

The property is a well-maintained and comfortable complex for those on a budget. Problems are fixed promptly and the maintenance men are very polite and helpful. This is a great property for a young student or young professional on a budget.

The Village has been a great place to live! There are many different amenities available and activities scheduled that there is never a dull moment. As far as location, you can't go wrong; within 5 minutes, you can be at Super Target, Walmart, North Park, etc...

This property is older. There have been some recent upgrades to modernize the property. Overall, the apartment is average.

The property really had a lot of great amenities, but the staff did not seem so friendly.

Overall, pretty good, but still maintance could keep up better, ex. laundry areas, service requests could be improved.

The Village is a great community, and the Bend East doesn't fall short on exceeding my expectations on most counts. The management is friendly and available at most times. The community amenities are well maintained, be it the country club or the running trails and the tennis courts. It is also in a very safe location with restaurants and grocery stores located at walking distance. I have loved my stay here and would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good place to call home!

My wife and I have loved living at the Bend East. It is well maintained. The management is very competent, helpful, and polite. It also feels safe. We've never regretted it!
