Great locations and great people who work here. Apartment problems cleared up promptly and with a nice attitude.

We moved here from Florida and the manager Tracy welcomed us with open arms. She guided us through the entire renting process, and then picked out the perfect apartment for us.
We love colors and they allow renters to paint what ever they like ( as long as you return it to original when you move) and we love colors and accents so we had a ball. The pool is fantastic, very large and well kept. There are plenty of chairs poolside and two BBQ's for grilling.
We love the fact the all the windows are double glazed and keep the apartment very warm in the winter. Our electric bill never went over $84 all winter.
Our one service request was a leak in the A/C unit. John came to fix the leak which was actually just a cold water algea stopage, but John took the extra time to completely go over the A/C unit and found a couple other future problems and he fixed them right there on the spot. That's what I call service.

There is a beautiful pool area which should be highlighted as it is the beginning of the pool season. Taking a potential resident to the area that they would be living in should be considered if not near the model location.

Rent is high for the quality of apartments-- outdated applicances, recycled cabinets, baseboards,etc. Location is fine.

While the leasing agents in the office and the maintenance guys are amazing, the walls are too thin. I can hear everything from my neighbor's apartments.

It was a nice community. The pricing seemed competitive. The area seemed kept up. The whole place was attractive to me.

I lived there for 10 years in two different apartments. The management company changed approximately 5 years ago, and had a very rough start. But the current property management has been stable and they are very personable, and responsive to apartment repairs, etc. When I moved in, the apartment complex was securely gated and offered trash pickup for free. Now, the apartments are not gated, and we paid a trash fee even tho we took our trash to the dumpsters ourselves! The company has raised the rent so much that they do not compare to others in their price point. I now live in one of their main competitors in a much larger apartment, with cable included and trash pickup outside my door daily, and am paying $175 per month less. So, while I loved the granite and the office staff, I can no longer endorse this as a great value.

Location

When I first moved in; it was a great place to live. During the past 5 years, I have seen the site deterioate. The staff working at the complex is great and they deal with issues very fast.

If they want to rent and pay more in rent than into a mortgage on a home, then come on!

The community was a wonderful place to live with friendly agents and responsive maintenance personnel. The community offered flexible terms and was located at a convenience location to work and shopping areas.

I would recommend it based on the apartment itself and the maintenance crew, but not the office personnel.
