The noise issues really bother me as well as the price of apartments. Also large dogs living on the floor above you is very loud. Between the neighbors and the dogs I have been woken up and kept awake at night. Also yard maintances is very loud at 8am.

My apartment is nice and the grounds are well maintained, however I have had several billing issues with my account. The complex was also not well maintained during inclement weather.
