The community appeared to be an average community in which to live. The plus about the community was the location. The community was convenient to everything, stores, coffee shop, eateries and an easy commute to the freeway. I found the other amenities to be adequate. The entry to the office was spectacular, but I did not get a sense of community once inside.

When my concerns are taken care of, and so far they are when I have talked with them, I am happy to lead friends to move here who are looking around for the best option. In fact, I have just talked to two people who are now considering The Marquis IF I recommend that they would be happy here.

I'm a business executive that uses the apartment as a home office. I am rarely here through the week, but have not respite during the weekends when I am 'home'. So it probably works for others; not someone that expects a luxury apartment experience.

Again, this is partly based on our experience with what we consider "bad neighbors". Others might not be bothered by the same things. The complex offers a lot of nice things, but also lacks in others. So that is a toss-up. For the money, it's about average but only because of the location and proximity to other things we take advantage of.

Traffic around the location isn't optimal since there are no traffic signals, but that is not something the complex can fix. Also, people zoom around the corner from Princeton Mill to Cotton Mill all of the time. I have nearly been hit as a pedestrian and in my car numerous times.

Our speed bumps are great deterrents and we will be looking into other options to keep drivers aware of safe speeds through our community. The quality of the apartments themselves is great, the porches are incredible, the location is very convenient. If the person asking was into fitness, however, I wouldn't recommend this community unless they were comfortable going elsewhere.

It's been my best living experience so far. Love apartments layout and the community look. Amazing location that is 10 minutes from everything in Raleigh (downtown, Cary, the mall, North Hills, etc.)

For the price, location, and actual apartment, it's the best apartment in the area. Besides one office person and a subpar gym, The Marquis is perfect.
